The London Story at RightsCon Community Village

We are joining RightsCon 2023, the world’s leading summit on human rights in the digital age, with an online booth in the Community Village. As India is undergoing a systematic assault on democracy and human rights, and similar initiatives by Indians inside the country have been shut down and criminalised, we are Indian diaspora with a clear mission: To monitor propaganda, the nature of its authors and amplifiers, and the complicity of social media platforms in its spread. 

Come to our virtual booth for an entry point into our consolidated evidence from three years of continued monitoring and engagement with social media platforms. From your side of the screen, engage with us on our monitoring and visualisation tools and a one-on-one explanation of the meaning and context of different overperforming content in Hindi and regional Indian languages. In our booth, explore how extensive networks use social media platforms in India to amplify propaganda and mobilise for violence.
